Apple Valley 2-4 unit sales for 2026 strengthened in Q3 but were down from the January 2025 high.. However, Q3 ’24 closings are already at four so far with two months left to go.
Average prices per unit for 2025 are mostly below 2024 figures except where average unit size exceeds 1,000+- square feet.
GRM’s (gross rent multipliers) over the last 12 months have been erratic but generally in the 11 to 15 range. Generally speaking, lower rents tend to result in higher multipliers.
